Everything is stored only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing is uploaded anywhere except to the APIs you configure.
Browser calls go straight to each provider. If a provider blocks browser requests (CORS), Sparky tells you in the chat and keeps working with the rest.
The command instructions Sparky needs to run actions are appended automatically — you only write the personality here.
